Complaints

We do our very best to have the treatment proceed as pleasantly as possible and to meet your wishes. If you however consider that we have informed you incorrectly or carelessly, we would really appreciate that you tell the orthodontist about this. We can then have a conversation to explain why we do things in a particular way and try to find a solution together.

If, despite everything, we cannot solve your problem satisfactorily, you may consider making your complaint to the TIP and/or KNMT (see below for contact details).
